This month’s story belongs to Sara M. A student from Iran who dreamt of working in the United States as a pharmacist.
As many of you know, this meant that she would have to reach certain scores for each section of the test.
The most infamous of the required scores being a 26 on the speaking section…
Beginning Again
Sara had taken the test a time or two before finding NoteFull. She’d done pretty well in reading and listening. But her challenge was reaching the speaking and writing scores she needed.

Finding Help
Sara had found her solution. She bought the Complete TOEFL Mastery program. And she signed up for Speaking and Writing Reviews as well. Her approach to studying the Complete TOEFL Mastery program was very efficient:
“One thing that I think people should consider when they’re doing a NoteFull program is something that I did myself- it’s really stressful, but I recommend it. When one buys a program, you should do it one-by-one. My friend just went through the practice tests, but I don’t recommend that. I started doing practices late because I was focusing on the program, trying to finish it really well. The exercises in the lessons were my main study.”

Many TOEFL students struggle with 2 main things: organization and motivation. Sara overcame these challenges like a true TOEFL warrior! She kept a calendar of everything she studied every single day. On days she didn’t study, she would write in a “0”. This gave her the drive to attack her TOEFL studies the next day. She also wrote “I CAN. I WILL. I MUST.” on her mirror.

“This is my favorite video of all time. It’s awesome. This TED Talk has changed my life. You should watch it. It helped me to decrease my stress level dramatically!”

On Their Way
Sara was having a rough day on the day of her test. But she was so well-prepared it didn’t affect her scores at all!
She went in and surpassed her goal scores for a total of 109. She even got a near perfect score of 29 on the speaking section! That’s a truly incredible achievement. We’re so proud of you, Sara! Your focus and confidence made all the difference.
