How to Prepare

EVERYTHING you need to earn your dream TOEFL score: back to top

Your TOEFL training starts with knowing how many hours you need to get to your dream TOEFL score and how to use those hours. Then, getting the best TOEFL training and practice for every section to dedicate those hours to. By the end of this page, you'll have all of that! Let's get started.

We understand that when you see all the text on this page, you might feel like this:

But, know that each and every word here will guide you to your dream TOEFL score. By the end of this page, you'll have a complete picture of exactly how to succeed.

Use the following guideline to determine approximately how many hours you'll need to study to reach your dream TOEFL score from exactly where you are right now:

For every 5 to 10 hours you study with NoteFull, expect to improve 1 point.

For example, if you scored a 78 on your last TOEFL and your dream TOEFL score is 100+, that means that you need 22 more points, right? Using our guideline, how many hours can we expect it to take if we follow NoteFull 100%? 22 points x 10 hours per point = 220 hours.

If you don't fully understand how to do this or you've never taken the TOEFL before, click here. Otherwise, take a moment to determine how many hours you'll need to reach your dream score. Now that you have those hours, it's time to plan how to use them for the best results possible:

1) Create a study schedule for when you will study those hours every day.

2) After every 55 minutes of study, take a 1 to 5-minute break.

3) Review each lesson at least 3 times before moving on to the next.

4) Study each TOEFL section for 2 hours and then switch to the next.

Do all of these points make sense? If any don't, please click on the point above that's unclear to you to learn more about how to apply it to your studies, then return here.

Remember that this works! Feel confident applying this because this NoteFull study method has worked for thousands of NoteFull students just like you, students like Shaymaa:

"I used all NoteFull free resources; then I bought the program they recommended to me. I find it incredible how I improved!" - Shaymaa G.

-NoteFull helped me earn 106 overall (R: 27 L: 28 S: 27 W: 24)

Now that you have the hours you need to study and your plan for how to study, what is the best TOEFL training and practice material for you to study with? You'll find it right here . . .

NoteFull TOEFL training to get your dream score, guaranteed! back to top

You may be reading this in a high-rise building in New York city or a small village in Nigeria; a small rural area of Korea or the heart of Hong Kong; you may be in Texas or El Salvador; you may be in Brazil or Saudia Arabia; you may be in Germany or reading this in India.

Wherever you are, success is coming. Below you'll learn about 5 different training and practice programs we have to help you every step of the way to your dream TOEFL score, guaranteed!

1) The best, free TOEFL training material on the planet. back to top

This will get you to your highest TOEFL score possible with your current skills.

NoteFull's Free TOEFL Training: 20 hours to complete; best TOEFL score at current level

Free TOEFL practice on this website (click to learn how to use it).

There's one major concern we want to bring up though. We've noticed over the years that when students succeed, they often point to one of our quotes as the key to helping them:

Review 1 question 50 times rather than practice 50 questions 1 time.

Also, be aware that studying for the TOEFL is like performing surgery. Practice means you have plenty of patients to practice your surgery on. But, that practice alone won't make you a great surgeon, right? Effective training will support you in becoming great.

So, for best results: train with our free NoteFull training material, then practice what you learned second. If you notice you're not improving, upgrade to more advanced training; otherwise, you'll practice more and more with no real improvement in your score while feeling more and more frustrated as you waste your time and hundreds of dollars on TOEFL tests.
