1) What forms of payment do you accept?

 

When you plan to register for a system with NoteFull, keep in mind that you have a few options for making payments. Here's a quick list and some guidance to help you make the best decision possible:

 

1) Register by credit card on the NoteFull website. This is the most common method of registration. We accept VISA, Mastercard, and American Express. You can do so quickly and easily from the Order Now page.

 

2) Register using PayPal. This is a secure, international service that allows you to make payments through a variety of means. If you decide to use PayPal, you'll first need to register for an account with PayPal. You can set it up so that PayPal withdraws funds directly from your bank account, securely. Once you have created an account and decided on a system, please send us an email. We will then send you a link to a PayPal checkout for that specific system or systems. Once you make a payment, send over a quick email and we'll be glad to add the system to your account.


3) Register by check or money order. If you decide to use check or money order: Please send a check or money order made out to "NoteFull" (in the full amount of the system or systems you'd like to purchase) to:

2) I'm receiving an error message when I try to register; what should I do?

 

Registering through the Order Now page on our site is usually smooth and straight forward. However, some students do run into the occasional difficulty. We have seen two error messages.

 

The first, "card/payment declined," indicates that there is a problem with the card you're using or the information you entered. To solve this issue, double check to see that all of your billing, shipping, and payment information has been typed in correctly. If this doesn't work, you may need to contact your credit card provider. 

 

The second error message that appears at times is one that says "duplicate transaction." This sometimes occurs when students have difficulty registering the first time and try to resubmit the payment details a second time. In essence, this happens when you duplicate the transaction. To solve this problem, try logging out and then back in again, add the program(s) to your cart, and move through the registration process again. We're sorry any inconvenience this may cause in the process. 

 

Please let us know if you encounter any other error messages or difficulties while registering. We'll try to find an alternative or a solution as fast as possible. 

 

 


 

3) I'm trying to register, but my selected system is no longer in my cart; what should I do?

 

This issue comes up when students try to register for a system without having logged in first. To make sure that this doesn't happen to you, be sure to log into your account, then add your system(s) to your cart. We're sorry for any inconvenience. Please let us know if you encounter any further difficulty. 

 

 


 

4) Why do you ask for my shipping address?

 

We ask for your shipping address merely to have your information on file and in our student records. Don't worry; we won't send you anything. If you're having any trouble entering in your information, please don't hesitate to let us know.

 


 

5) I do not see my country in your shipping address list; what should I do?

 

If you do not see your country in our list, we're sorry about that! We may be missing a few, but that doesn't mean that you can't register. Please simply use the United States as an alternative. With this you should be able register with no trouble. 

 


 

6) What do I do if I don't have or know my zip code?

 

 Some countries do not use zip codes in the same way that we in the United States; this is perfectly okay. To register, simply enter in 5 zeroes (e.g., "00000").
