To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used.

2) Policies for System Upgrades:

 

It's always great to hear when registered NoteFull students want to upgrade their program. It means you recognize that you need more help and you trust NoteFull to provide that for you. We're really honored by that!

 

 

What does upgrading mean?

 

 

We have different programs for different student needs. For example, you have one week before your test and not much time to study. Perfect, our 1-Step TOEFL Mastery program is for you. 

 

 

You go ahead and purchase 1-Step TOEFL Mastery and receive Step 1 of our 3-Step system.

 

 

Now, let's say you study with 1-Step TOEFL Mastery and, after taking the test, you want to get a program that has more material to help you get a higher score. You decide to purchase the 3-Step TOEFL Mastery program that contains our complete 3-Step system.

 

 

That's where upgrading comes in! Here's how it works:

 

 

1. You paid $36 for 1-Step TOEFL Mastery

 

 

2. 3-Step TOEFL Mastery is $73 and already contains Step 1 from 1-Step TOEFL Mastery

 

 

3. We refund the cost of 1-Step TOEFL Mastery for $36 after you purchase 3-Step TOEFL Mastery for $73. That means, $73 - $36 = $37

 

 

4. You only pay $37 to upgrade! 

 

 

3) Policies for Refunds & Guarantees:

 

Refunding your self-study systems:


A) 7 Day Trial Period:

 

If you have used your TOEFL system and feel that it wasn't helpful, within the first 7 days of registration, simply let us know. To do so, please contact us by sending in a refund form, log into your account, open the "Your Study Plan" tab of your system, and scroll down until you reach the "Program Upgrade." Please make sure to include your telephone number. We'll then respond to you directly to discuss your reasons for dissatisfaction. In this conversation, we'll discuss your doubts and help you find a study plan that works best for you.

 

B) Guaranteed Help for Life:

 

If at any point after the 7 days of owning this product you take the TOEFL and do not get the score you need, we will continue to work with you until you do. We cannot offer dissatisfaction or study plan change refunds beyond 1 week of your date of purchase. However, we are 100% behind your success; so if you like our products, but you aren't sure why you're not passing, we'll help you find a solution, no matter what. We'll arrange to speak with you about your studies and help you get on track so that you know exactly what to do in order to reach your success!

 

Refunding reviews & tutoring sessions:

 

You'll be glad to know that you can refund your unused reviews and tutoring sessions up until 1 year after your purchase. This means that if you register in January 2016 for a system that includes 10 tutoring sessions (for example) and you end up passing the TOEFL before you've used all 10 of those sessions, we'd be glad to cancel and issue a refund for the remaining sessions as long as you request the refund before January 2017.

 

 

If you are unhappy with your reviews and/or tutoring sessions, we'll work with you on a refund for them as well, but only after your first review and/or session. Here's an example to illustrate:

 

 

1) You register for 2 Tutoring Sessions.

 

2) You meet with an instructor one time.

 

3) You didn't like the session or maybe you felt it wasn't right for you.

 

4) Let us know, and we'll be glad to refund the second session right away.

 

 

 

We will not, however, be able to refund the tutoring sessions and/or reviews you've already used beyond that. Here's an example to illustrate:

 

1) You register for 2 Additional Reviews.

 

2) You submit your first test for review and receive feedback from your instructor.

 

3) You submit your next test for review and receive feedback from your instructor.

 

4) You didn't like the reviews or didn't feel they were right for you.

 

5) At this point, we will not be able to issue a refund for the used reviews (the same goes for tutoring sessions).

 

 

Our goal is to make sure that you have all of resources you need. When you feel like you're not getting the help you need, we'll always do our best to remedy that. Your success is crucial to us. Please don't hesitate to write in with any further concerns. 

 

 


 

4) Policies for Sales & Discounts (including Refunds & Upgrades):

 

 

A) I registered for a program right before your sale at full price, can I get the sale price? 

 

 

 

Great question. The answer is, "Yes! You can!" We have a special offer that is available to you during the NoteFull sale period.  

 

 

If you purchase one our NoteFull TOEFL courses within a 10 day period before the sale, we'll issue a refund to match the sale price. 

 

 

For example, if you register for 3-step Reading for $29 (full price) on March 15 and then see on March 20 that 3-step Reading is on sale for $12, we'll take $29 - $12 to refund you $17 so your payment matches the sale price.

 

 

All you have to do is send in the refund form within your program or, if you can't find the form, send us a quick email at StudentHelp@NoteFull.com

B) I'm a NoteFull student already and want to upgrade my program during the sale! How can I do that?

Now that you know how upgrades work, what happens when you want to upgrade when we do have a sale?

 

 

The same process, but slightly different. Here's how an upgrade during NoteFull sales will work:

 

 

Let's say you purchase 1-Step TOEFL Mastery at $36 and want to upgrade to 3-Step TOEFL Mastery. But, this time, 3-Step TOEFL Mastery is on sale for $44 instead of $73.

 

 

In this case, here's how we process the upgrade:

 

 

1. You paid $36 for 1-Step TOEFL Mastery before the sale

 

 

2. 3-Step TOEFL Mastery is on sale for $44 and already contains Step 1 from 1-Step TOEFL Mastery. We refund the cost of Step 1 so you don't pay twice for the same content.

 

 

3. We will process the upgrade by taking 60% off the original cost of 1-Step TOEFL Mastery: $36 x 60% = $22

 

 

4. Then, calculate the difference: $44 (3-step TOEFL Mastery on sale) - $22 (1-Step TOEFL Mastery after 60% off) = $22

 

 

5. You only pay $22 to upgrade!

 

 

C) I tried to register during the discount, but I was experiencing technical difficulties; can you extend this discount to me?

 

 

This happens sometimes and we know how stressful and annoying that can be. Don't worry! All you have to do is send us an email right away to StudentHelp@NoteFull.com letting us know about the technical issue as soon as it happens

D) I see you just offered a discount, but I missed the email/didn't catch it in time; can you extend the discount to me?

 

 

We are so sorry that you missed the sale! We know that it's no always possible to get our emails as many of our students have very busy lives. To be fair to everyone, we don't extend the sale after it's over.

 

But, don't worry, we can still help!

A) Your course is meant for your use. You may print it out and use it anywhere and on any medium that you wish for your own purposes. However, all of the content in your program and on NoteFull.com is copyrighted under the U.S. Copyright laws, and NoteFull, Inc. owns that copyright. 

 


B) If you wish to study with a group of friends and you're the only one who has NoteFull, we encourage you to spread the word about NoteFull and help as many students as you can. However, if your friends or anyone you know would like to study NoteFull systems on their own without you or with another group of friends that you're not a part of, we would require that those students register for NoteFull programs individually. 

 


C) You may not transfer your access to this program unless such transfer is approved by NoteFull, Inc. You can always request permission to do so with our continued support and guidance by sending us an email at StudentHelp@NoteFull.com discussing your request.

 


D) We are happy with any student who wants to help other students by tutoring them to success. However, if you do want to tutor others with NoteFull material we require that you (1) let us know so that you can do so with our support and guidance, (2) let the student know that your methods come from NoteFull, Inc., (3) inform your students that they are required to register for the NoteFull program being used during tutoring. 

 


E) You may not modify, sell, resell, or create derivative works from your NoteFull course contents or any content from NoteFull, Inc. or derived from NoteFull, Inc. in whole or in part, and you may not aid or permit others to do so.
