NoteFull is open Monday-Friday between the hours of 9:00 a.m - 6:00 p.m. Our hours of operation are in New York Time (EST).
We take time to read and respond to each email and phone call with great care. Depending on the number of emails and calls we received today it may take up to 72 hours for you to receive a response, but most are answered within one to three hours.
Reviews are completed Monday-Friday and we're glad to announce that all students who submit work before 1:00 p.m. on these days will receive their feedback within 48 hours.
The NoteFull office will be closed on the following dates; however, you will still have access to your online systems:
Winter Break - December 25 - January 1
Memorial Day - Last Monday in May
Independence Day - July 4
Labor Day - 1st Monday in September
Thanksgiving - 4th Thursday in November
